so what do you need to bring to camp besides a love for running?
here goes:
* linens (twin sheets, pillow, pillow case, blanket, towels)
* running clothes – lots – we run twice a day and we get rain!
* running socks – at least 2 pairs per day
* running shoes (bring an extra pair of shoes if you have them–we run twice a day. and sometimes we almost always get rain)
* flip flops for shower
* casual clothes
* swimsuit
* stopwatch
* personal items (soap, toothbrush,)
* alarm clock
* dry snacks, sports drinks, bottled water
* optional – small fan – no A/C in cabins
* sweatshirt and pants (it can get chilly at night)
* flashlight
* allergy medicine or epi-pen if needed
* sunglasses, hat
* little extra cash for t-shirt, etc.
* running log to keep track of your training
* sunscreen, insect repellent
* baggies for icing any sore spots or for wet clothes
leave the valuables at home. along with the firecrackers.
